An AR guru?

I got lucky, and bought a quite nice but inexpensive Panerai here. It's manual wind, black, and a fine size for these aged eyes.

However, the inside of the crystal has a sort of weak haze to it, and it's just a bit annoying. I wonder if it is practical to do anti-reflective. Is there a resource here who will advise?
