Just a quick feedback on Nathan's work.
I sent him a TC Submariner with a broken crystal. I sent the watch + crystal and a week after it's back on my wrist!
The process was very smooth and he did an amazing job. He changed the crystal but also fixed a lot of other small issues that I did not know about.
