I ordered a AP ROO Safari from Ryan with Intime on July 24. On July 30, DHL drives up and delivers the watch. That is amazing to me. From order date to having the watch on your wrist in six days. Throughout the process Ryan and Rado were in regular contact. They are a great group to deal with. Pictures to follow once I get my new croc strap on the watch. Watch is working great and keeping superb time. This was my first purchase from Ryan but I have purchased watches from a number of other TDs. Ryan's service tops them all.

Yes, I am in the US. On DHL, I elected to have the watch sent by DHL when I purchased the watch. The cost was $38 compared to something like $20-25 for EMS. I think there were three different shipping options, EMS, DHL and one other that I cannot recall at the moment.

I have no clue as to who Rado is, but several emails that I received regarding sales and shipping came from "Rado".

next time u buy from Ryan consider going EMS it's just as fast (...I got one from Ryan in 3-days) and cheaper. Also, I've read about occasional customs seizures with DHL.
