Just received my Rolex Day-Date yesterday after a 22 days long trip from China. Every question about "where is my watch...?" was answered from Alice. She send me an overview of where it was at the specific time at the freight trip. When it came to europe, I could do it myself from DHL or other "track and trace" websides. All in all a good and trustful experience from Chazing time
