Amazing Customer Service, Thank You Andrew !

I got myself 2 new watches from Andrew at Trusty Time in the last few months, a VSF Omega Seamaster 300m James Bond 007 and a VSF Panerai Luminor Carbotech 44m. The Seamaster arrived quickly and trouble free as has always been the case with my previous orders from Andrew but with the Panerai something went wrong along the way.

I left it for a while thinking the delay may be covid related but after many more weeks than would be usual waiting for delivery i decided something wasnt right and contacted Andrew. He responded right away, went and checked out what had happened and found the shipper had messed up and lost the shipment. He then offered to replace the order with another watch, which i gladly accepted and went out of his way to make sure the delivery went smoothly this time, keeping me in the loop as to the progress until it arrived.

It was great to get the watch when it did arrive and i want to thank Andrew for his excellent customer service and great communication throughout the initial confusion, you can definitely put your trust in Trusty Time!
