After taking numerous peoples advice on how to tackle the subject of a dented CG lever pin hole, I strapped on my bigboy boots, bought some sandpaper, and began.
The watch is a 112 from DSN. It's truly a magnificent piece.

I'm not finished yet. I've still got to even out the curve at the ends of the CG where it meets the watch-head, but I think I did an alright job. There's still a noticable gap where the dent is, but it's getting to where I don't feel comfortable sanding any further at the moment. Maybe after my Cape Cod cloth comes (to polish the top of the lever pin and make it look a little more like the GEN), i'll get the sandpaper out again, and really her tackle head-on.
I'm pretty proud of the work i've put in so far. I do have a new CG coming from DSN, but I wanted to try the simple MOD to see how far I could take it.
