I picked up this awesome build from one of RWI's best franken builders. It was put together with all gen parts collected over a period of time as well as some parts from other similar builds.

The parts show considerable wear (you can't fake this kind wear and tear) and the dial is patina heaven for me... of course YMMV, but for me they are beautiful (the hands too).

The movement is a correct model Tudor 390 in great condition. All put together by Speedy. I have lusted a long time for a 7928 PCGs, but they have been steadily going up in price, so when this one came along... BOOM!

Gen case ? Looks great. I'd start looking for a gen 700 twin lock crown. Athaya makes a nice after market tube if you can't find one.

All gen, case included. The 703 will do for now but the hunt is on for a reasonably priced 700.

I just started a 7928 build last month, and let me tell you this is my inspiration! I have a gen movement and dial so far, I'm on the hunt for everything else but I'm taking my time because I really would love to have a piece like this when I'm done. Very impressive!

Really nice! I have an eta 2542 that I might save for a similar build. Wont be gen like this at all, though I'd love to capture the spirit!
