Been a TT customer for about 2 years now. He was the first TD I used, service and quality was top notch so I didn't try anyone else. Dropped my first Sub on tile.. Date wheel was screwed up bad... Reached out to TT to see if he could fix (was ready to pay for repair), TT said ship it back within the first 6 months.. Free repair. I thought myself.. "Yo this dude is the REAL deal".. Sure enough.. Shipped it back.. Fixed within a week.. Back on wrist within 4 weeks. Not the case with my recent ship back for repair. Watch was shipped out for repair on 12/24.. Received on 2/16.. Still no word on status. TT touts a 21-28 day turnaround time on repairs...we are well past the 30 day mark. A bit of comms is what I'm asking for... If the heat is on.. Just say that. Am I being unreasonable? This has soured what otherwise has been a fantastic relationship.
