I had two OMF Speedmasters, I think we all know these movements aren't exactly bulletproof.
I asked Reece to freeze the 6 o'clock subdial on them both.
When I got them back the black one died almost instantly, just wouldn't wind (despite the video proof he sent of it winding and running), it'd unwind straight away.
Reece fixed it again without issue.
Then the other one developed a similar issue, Reece has had it, had it half apart (and I understand parts aren't exactly available retail here!) and it seems to be OK again.
In the meantime he fixed my stripped thread VSF Seamaster (IE, he trimmed the tube so now it's just a normal non screw in crown) FOC. It's perfect.
I can't speak to his overall skill/competence as a watchsmith, but for decency, being honest, and just doing the best he can to do?
I can't fault him.
