Advice Requested for Upgrading 111H to V3. Is it worth it?

Folks, I'm asking for the kindness of an opinion here. I have a PAM 111H that's about 3 years old, (I don't don't know what version the movement is), modded by Goin' to include:

1. Relumed dial & and hands with correct color, superluminova.
2. Replace matte dial.
3. Replace H3 cannon pin set.
4. Replace rep CG with Toro CG (locks in place like gen.)
5. Taka AR coating.

Here's the question: The movement is still the biggest give-away and it's losing about a minute per day. Is it worth it to upgrade to the V3 movement and undertake some further mods (incabloc, etc.) to make it look perfect? Again, I'm aware that the answer is mostly "hey, it's up to you" but I'd welcome some thoughts on the V3 versus the older 111 movements. Thanks to anyone in advance.

Most likely NOT

But publish the pics of your current movement

The 6497 movement at a noob V3 is far away from a "perfect" PAM 6497. You need many mods like incabloc, gear train, jewels color, pallet bridge, etc. So you can upgrade your movement but you still don't have a perfect clone movement with a standard V3 6497

This answer is what we like to call "perfect". Because it considers the current state of this model's working engine and the potential mods along with the obvious potential costs. Since asking this question, a watchmaker calibrated the time on the existing movement, did not recognise it as a rep (which is not unusual for PAMs anyway, despite Goin's amazing work), and we're back in business. Thanks for a great answer and the savings of a lot of money. Funny thing the watchmaker mentioned: "we don't usually work with Panerai because they are not supportive of the independent watchmaker community. Like Rolex, they do not supply parts or support to certified watchmakers". I found that interesting. Don't know if it's true. But thank you again.
