I received a new pelagos XF 10k days ago.
I wound it then set the time and date , it has hardly left my wrist. For some reason I glanced at it this morning and thought it was about a minute slow (not that it matters) so I unscrewed the crown pulled it out to the date position then the time position. It didn't seem to engage so I tried again and yes I could change date but then the hands stopped moving until I pulled again. This happened probably twice where it felt like it was slipping. I'm just wondering is it all in my head or has this happened to anyone elseor just me. it does work just seems like I have to pull it a little further then normal
Cheers

It can happen, sometimes the keyless will slip and just needs to be reset by pushing the crown in and then start the process again.

If it becomes frequent, the keyless might need some greasing.

Thanks. Sure we'll see how it goes.
How would one go about doing that? Simple job?

Here I am. Same watch, similar problem. Works and all, but time setting only counterclockwise. A possible diagnosis (courtesy of @tripdog ):

Most likely explanation is that the crown is unscrewing on the stem. Everything that involves rotating the crown clockwise (on the stem) screws it down, counter clockwise rotation unscrews it.
There is a very small outside possibility that the clutch mechanism is worn inside the crown, but it's fairly unlikely as that almost always means time setting in both directions has issues.
If it's just the stem unwinding then a reduction of 50 euros is plenty - the watch needs to be opened, stem removed, a little glue/thread lock applied to the stem and the crown screwed back down on the stem.

I remember reading that, I'll keep an eye on it and see how it goes.
