Advice on purchasing a Pam 292J BlackSeal

I have done some searching and have pretty much narrowed it down to buying from either Trustytime or inTime. Seems that on both sites it is the same watch, but inTime price is a bit higher. Am I missing something or is this the same watch.

If there is a site that has a better quality please feel free to suggest.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would check availability with TD themselves - last I heard was most are out of stock....also worth double checking the crowns, I think some are plastic and some ceramic.

I'm sure ALE will be able to chip in too....!

These things aren't really "in stock" most of the time...for most of the pieces, most of the time, the dealer will go to the source to see what is available, not check in their own storage area, which they don't have.

Do note that the 292J is produced by 2 factories (H-Factory & Noob)

From what I understand, Trusty doesn't carry Noob's watches, only H factory. Intime, on the other hand, should be carrying Noob's version. Noob's is more expensive, maybe that explains the difference in price between the 2 dealers.

The differences between H factory & Noob's version is discussed in ALE's review, link above. (You gotta search for 292j)

Lastly, do note that Trusty is not a TD here, and some TDs like torobravos may still carry the H factory version should you eventually decide on it. (I bought my H Fact 292j from him 1.5 years ago)

As above said Trusty doesn't work with Noob and InTime is selling Noob, this is the price difference
Noob is made with better ceramic and have better dial and CG. Noob is the most expensive and the best rep of this watch

If you are looking for quality go to Noob
If you are looking for price get H maker

I appreciate the responses. Since I am new to the rep watch world many of the terms are a bit confusing to me. I have read over ALE'S guide and it has helped a bit. Believe i'm gonna go with inTimes 'noob' version. Hope i'm doing the right thing. Thanks again for the help boys!

noob 292 J is top notch rep!! You will get a lot of nice comments as well.. For me is a frequent companion and takes most wrist time than any other watch. Enjoy!!!!
