Advice needed: cleaning of inner sapphire glass

Hi guys,

I noticed that theres some dust & fingerprint on the underside of my noob fiddy sapphire glass.

Was wondering if i can use a microfibre cloth to wipe it? Just want to get some assurance before doing it since the AR is coated on the inside.

Appreciate some DIY guru's advice. Thank you.
