Advice for Ladies PAM, before she takes mine!

Wife used to hate PAMs .. bulky size, weird chunk of metal that looks like a single ear and all, and all of a sudden last night she tells me how good my 2 weeks old 212 looks on my wrist and wants me to get her a PAM too .. well I know this day will come

She has tiny wrists, so advice for a 40mm PAM pls (preferably white dial, if not black is fine too)?

Btw, this is a pic of my 212 I got from Andrew recently which changed her mind abt PAMs ... my fav watch at the moment!

Not sure if the 049 is still around. May be worth checking with some dealers. Can always go for an 048, basically the same watch.....dial may be slightly different....I think.

No luck yet, couldn't find a decent 48/49/50/51 or any other 40mm anywhere .. if you do find one, please update this thread and save some marriages icard:

The best 40mn Panerai available were sourced by Narikaa, there's a thread with pics of the 048/049 on RepGeek, i will post it here when RG will be up again.

Get in touch with Time4Direct and ask about the "MBK" 048 and 049 40mm models. Narikaa sources his from MBK, which are stunning to say the least as I own both, but Robert has identical looking ones for $100 less each. He apparently doesn't get them from MBK, but every feature is the exact same including the date window so it makes you wonder. Plus, I think Robert offers really cheap movement service before shipment so it might be worth checking out.

Refering to the link, Narikaa are selling them at GBP 68 back in Feb ... ie around $110? How is it possible Rob's are a $100 lesser?

does taka has the 40mm crystal for this? if he has one, and he is able to help with the dw swap as well, then might be able to escape the additional waiting time with vac? U know how painful waiting can be, I mean waiting for my 212 to leave my wife's wrist back to mine

taka may not have a 40mm pam crystal..but he cld send ur crystal in for AR coatings.. as for DW, he can definately do e swap for if u send him ur watch&crystal
