Hi everyone, just picked up this beautiful 45.5 600m Omega Planet Ocean (BPF) from Andrew at Trustytime. Unfortunately, the bracelet doesn't have any micro-adjustments so it sits a bit awkwardly on my wrist.

Can anyone offer suggestions for aftermarket clasps and/or bracelets that are more adjustable? Thanks.

And this one doesnt have the glide clasp underneath there? The last link on the 12o clock side, that fits into the clasp via spring bar, try removing that link and just put the spring bar directly through the hole of the link that goes into that final clasp link, then try adding a full link if its too small. See how that works for you.

Omega is seriously so dumb for not having rectified this issue for ALL of their watches long ago via a glide clasp or something. Any major watch brand (looking at you blancpain) that has not worked micro adjustments or quick adjustment capability into their clasps is being dumb AF considering the amount R/D that goes into everything else.
I will try to draw you a pic of what i am talking about, I used to have to do it with all of my speedies.

Scratch that, can you post a pic of the underside of the clasp? Im not sure if what im suggesting would work for you.

They did... just on models no one really wants or haven't been repped... like the PO 43.5 "Tai Chi" and the other non GMT ones and Speedies.

I did take them a "V2" of their latest moonwatch to add the measly 1 micro adjust.

Thats right, after I posted that I realized the Spectre has a quick adjustment. So silly. Rolex gets theirs so right in comparison, always has really.

I said oyster bracelet but it rather was a San Martin bracelet. sorry for the typo.

It looked a lot like the Omega.

Slightly too loose ... but another link would be too tight

You have the half link there, tried removing that? That's basically the adjustment on old omegas.

I would also suggest to put the half link on the other side.

Sometimes if it's just a bit too loose, just shifting the position of the clasp can give a better hug to the form of your wrist

Else, I see a canvas strap in your future 😅
