Accurate or Fantasy? U-42

Just received this today in the mail from RWI member jmd1982. Really love this watch, but I think it is probably a fantasy. Not familiar with the UBoat line at all, just love the look and feel of this. So...what do you UBoat experts think?

U-Boat still make the U-42 I just think this one is a rep of an older model.

As Nigel stated U Boat still produce the U42 but not in this color scheme.
