Q5: no worry. just ordered a UPO.

While the watch is on its way to me, if someone else do this for me...it would be great.

Okay, now that I am at home today, here are the measurements for a Sead version PO.

Tolerances should be +/- .02mm

Bezel: 40.02mm dia
Case: 42.48 mm dia.
Lugs: 19.89 lug widt at top of lug - 20.04mm lug width at bottom of lug
Top Lugs to bottom Lugs: see above
Crown: 6.51mm dia.
HE Valve: 6.14mm

All this can have an even greater tolerance of up to .1mm or more, depending on how hard I squeeze or crank the digital caliper to the item when measuring. I used the same pressure on the caliper when measuring all items, and calilbrated it first to 0.00mm using the same amount of pressure on the slide thumb wheel on the caliper.

From the Omega web site:

Big One... UPO Diameter: 45.5 mm
Smaller One... PO Diameter: 42 mm

I am sure that plus or minus .2 MM is ok. ;) Polishing and scratch removal.
