Accurate dial on Milgauss?

I found a local A21j SS Milgauss for sale. It has a clear crystal and a black face. My concern is that the hour markings at 3, 6, and 9 are the thicker orange ones that glow blue. I have only seen that dial on the ones with a green tint sapphire. I know you can swap dials for a custom look but is this accurate at all?

Never mind. Found the info I was looking for and the recommendation that the 21j movement is NOT the one to get. Thanks AHX!
