Accidentally placed two Orders

Hi,

I´m pretty new in the replica watch scene and i placed my first order on intime03.co today(a Aqua Terra GMT)

After my creditcard got declined multiple times, I waited a few minutes and tried it again.
I did not get a confirmation on the website, but then received two confirmation e-mails for the watch.

I now have two watches in my Order history and can not find a way to cancel one of them.
I already wrote an e-mail to the Shop, but isn´t there a faster method?
And why said the website, that the orders had been cancelled, but still added two orders?

Please don´t roast me if i made an obvious mistake, as I said I´m new ^^.

I hope that someone can answer my questions and help me,
