Is -13s/d acceptable? I just received qc pics and am surprised to see my watch will be 13s slow everyday.

The answer is yes, no, maybe.

CLS answered this best, I think it's acceptable, but a lot of factors can cause a movement to vary in accuracy.

5 secs a day is excellent. I'd be happy with 30...

Jus sayin.

that's quite a curve and some odd beats. could be ambient noise or reverberation in the case causing the beats. The curve could be from just starting the timegrapher. It also could be something wrong with the watch. There shouldn't be a curve, I would ask to see another timegrapher shot.
13 sec / day is fine BTW if that's it.
No, running slow is the same as running fast (if it's within reason,) but for some reason people are happier when their watches run fast.

As I recall, COSC allows for -6/+8 so within 13 for an A7750 is pretty good.

I mean, after fours days you will still not be even one minute late for work.

Gaining or losing is ok but its not good though when you adjusted the movement all the way +or- and its still gaining or losing that's when you have a problem and its time for a service

I would like my automatic in the "plus" side when new, up to 15 sec per day, because they tend to SLOW as they age .... Just my opinion, though!

yeah 13sec isn't all that bad.
I'd be happy with that in a new rep.

I change watch everyday - and when I set it, it's lucky tobe within a minute of true time to begin with!

Want to be accurate ? Buy a seiko!

I'd be much more interested in the amplitude. That's the most important number. The beat rate can be adjusted, not so much on the amplitude. Strange how that's been cut off.
