About to buy first PAM, decided on 320

Been lurking around for a while and finally decided on a PAM 320. Saw one at Toro with P9000 Mod. Is it worth the extra for the new version?

Also, the one he shows online has a brown strap. If I contact are TD willing to swap for a black or rubber strap? Or should a just buy one a swap it out myself?
