Hi Friends,

I want to talk about something of my situation recently,and explain to some customers who met the package problem recently,

recently,I have a batch of packages were checked by the customs,seems they were seized already,they are 4 packages,
total 6 watches in these packages,they are 2 Daytona from Clean,1 PAM from VSF,1 GMT II from Clean,1 GMT II from C+,1 DJ from VSF,
I am very sad and depressed too,

as for how to deal with this situation,when I joined in RWI 11 years ago,I remember I had posted it already,but post it again here,

if the watch was seized or lost,I will resend another new watch to my customer,certainly,I will do the same QC and test work on the second new watch also,
clean dust,adjust the movement,tested it again,etc,so don't worry,

but as for resend the second package to my customers,not after we saw the customs checked the package,then I resend another new package out at once,
usually,when this situation happened,
my post man will let me wait first,he will try to use his method to let the customs release the packages or return the packages back,
then resend it out,sometime he succeeds,but sometime he can't,but it need time indeed,

usually,after we saw the package was checked by the customs,if more than a month,my post man still can't solve this thing,then he will confirm for me that the package was seized,and tell me he can't get it back or let the customs release it,so I will reorder this watch for my customer,
if the second package was seized or lost again,
I won't resend the third package out and won't refund for it,I did like that always in the last 11 years,to all my customers are the same,
in fact,I think all my customers got their watches in the end,

this batch of packages were checked by the customs on 30th of July,so after my post man confirmed he can't solve it on the end of Aug,
I reordered all of them a few days ago at once,these are the situation of the packages recently,

in recent 6 years,I real very very few have package was seized or lost,so shipping is real very safe always at before,
this time,the customs's check is just randomly also,so this situation is real very very few,if I meet this same situation again recently,
I maybe need consider change another post man to work for me,


these below are about me,
on the June 19th's night,the market had a very big raid,from then,the raids never stopped,so in recent months,the market have raids always,
on the beginning of Aug,a very good friend of me(another dealer) was seized,he worked for Clean,
I got all Clean's watches from him always,I remember I got some watches from him on a Friday's afternoon,then he was seized on that night,

from then,I have to be much more carefully,
in fact,later,I back to my hometown to rested for a period of time too,
in those days,I can't work well indeed,delayed a lot of work also,real sorry for let my customers worried,
but after all,safe always is the most important thing to me,

on the end of Aug,I heard my friend came out from the local police station already,
so I back to GuangZhou and back to work later,

just after delayed about 2 weeks of work,made me very busy recently indeed,I will use 2~3 days to finish all emails and messages in Whatsapp recently too,

if I didn't reply you in time in recent 2 weeks,please resend me a new email or a new message in Whatsapp,

I back to work normally now already,so I can reply all emails and whatsapp messages in time again from now.

Dear Lucy,

I have also a situation here, I have for long wanting a Rolex replica watch, so therefore I came here to find more information. My TD says the Chinese customs do not seize packages but my watch who had a very good time graph came or arrived home not working unfortunately. So, after discussing with my TD he recommended me to send it back to GuangZhou for repairs, but the track&trace websites shows that the watch is still on route despite the fact that my watch arrived on 27th of October in GuangZhou "Item presented to import Customs".

Does it take more than 3 weeks to pass the customs in China ? Or do you think my watch was also seized by the border customs officers too? Unfortunately the watch was a Rolex GMT2 V3 Clean Pepsi model
