Recently I take notice of my seawolf rep , the bezel surface of stamping area is rugged and uneven(see picture), Is currently seawolf rep on this market all like this?
I saw some other member's reviews, but they seems to be flat and neat, maybe is the angle of those pictures?

Hi
My seawolf has incorrect bezel to its newer version with eta 2836-2 probably clone and wrong date font. Besides bezel turns otherway to, i mean right.

I had one that was un-even and semi polished as well, I just took a scotch-brite pad and dulled it down a little bit and it made it look a lot better.

Dont quote me on this, but I was told there is a second factory making the yellow seawolfs now, and the first factory is done producing them. So the first run was perfect (good bezel, good date font, correct ETA movement) and now the second ones have the wrong bezel, wrong date font and the silver ETA movement (but has better lume dots). No one is calling it a V1 or V2, and I wont either, but I know for a fact there are 2 different versoins, I've had both. The easiest way to tell is by looking at the movement. If its silver (nickle plated) its the first run with the correct date font and movement, if its gold its the newer version.

As far as I understand there are at least two factories producing the "super" Bretllings. The first one is the good one and makes the highly regarded SOSF and Seawolf.

I got my Seawolf a while ago (wrong datefont, gold movement), but it is a gen ETA and I fixed most of my complaints myself, like a recessed HE valve. The bracelet clasp was really bad though and so I sent it to a watchmaker for adjustement. Let's see how that goes.
