I recently received a PAM111 style Marina Militare from Getat.

The lever is loose while holding the crown in place.

It doesn't have the roller style lever.

I've seen some mods where you take hot glue to tighten the lever but I would rather just replace the whole grown guard as I am not the best to try and attempt something like that myself.

Can someone point me in the right direction to purchase a polished crown guard or any other advise?

Try to tighten completely the screws of the crown guard before start any mod or change.
Maybe they are a bit loose

^^^ I second that notion, it's a good idea to try to tighten the screws first. I know that resolved my problem.

do check if the crown guard screws are too long and you are not able to fully tighten the screw ...

if that is the case, you could DIY by slightly sanding down the length of the crown guard mounting screw ...

Had a similar problem with a pam90. All the screws were tight so I reduced the part of the guard which mounts against the case body, only by 1/4mm at most each side using a jewlers file. It then snapped shut perfectly. Took about 20 mins tops.
If you go down this route dont go mad with it, you can always take more iff but you can't put any back on.

Another option would be to increase the thickness of the the crown gasket as this would push the crown out slightly, this would solve the loose crown guard lever and also give the watch more water resistance or water proofing.
