A7750 winding direction?

From what iv read the A7750 only winds in one direction.
From the position i have my watch in the picture what direction would that be?

it should spin freely one direction. whatever the opposite direction of that does the winding.

well it spins freely to the "right" and there is resistance to the "left" side.

there ya go, left will do it. but if you just wear it that should be all the winding needed. mine only stop after a day or two of sitting in the box. flick of the wrist and it starts ticking again
