How many seconds per day are acceptable for a A7750 movement as delay?
Will a new watch with A7750 need some time to run in? How long?

I would say +/- 10 secs a day is acceptable.. and no the A7750, will not run in.. get it adjusted and calibrated.

I would normally run a watch for a couple of days straight on the wrist before calibrating. I believe body heat + motion will cause the oils to spread a little before settling. I find if I calibrate a watch out of box, it will drift after a week. But once I calibrate it again after the week, then the accuracy is stable for a good while.

I think I'm not able to calibrate it myself, am I?

If you have a steady hand, you can calibrate it. There's a couple smartphone apps that act as timegraphers. I bought my own timegrapher to make my life easier, but it can be done on the phone. Just make sure the watch fully charged and take off the caseback. There's normally a precision regulator right at the balance wheel that you adjust.

Or...take it to a shop and get it regulated. It's cheap to regulate one.

I would prefer the shop, but I am afraid the shops wont deal with reps.

Call up a local mom and pop shop and asks if they will regulate a rep. If not then contact a modders here and pay them to do it.

Currently the watch is 15secs in 24hours ahead. I own the watch for a week and its running instantly since then. Is that acceptable?

I would say yes but there are too many variables to give you a 100% answer. If you have a bunch of reps I would say invest in a timegrapher. If not, then just pay to have it regulated and watch the performance for a week or 2. If it's bad, get it regulated again.
