A6497/ST36 do they fit the same?

Hi guys! The A6497 movement in my Pam 005 just died. (Just can’t find any replacement parts) so I checked on eBay and found many Asian ST36 movement. Do they fit just like an Asian 6497 in the watch case or does it need some adjustments? Any other solutions?
