A true TD is one that finds solutions to problems!! And Andiot is one of them!

Had a little hiccup on delivery and Andiot worked to find a solution with me, to satisfy both us, which is something very rare in this business. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I understand I made mistakes too, so be aware that Andiot is the future!!!

Currently awaiting for a new case and discussing with RM experts how to do the swap.

Will keep this updated. I am also planning my future purchase from Andiot in the next months!!

Andiot maintained his word and sent me a replacement NTPT bezel at no cost. Received today. Bezel successfully replaced, I am very glad this is resolved. I thank you very very much Andiot, moderators and supporters for the help provided!
