I deal with purchase issues on the daily, and I am here to say that I wish more sellers were as gracious in desire to resolve issues as @JSL121 is.

I moved swiftly to purchase this since I was missing my VSF Cermit.

JSL was most responsive and we got the deal going.

While doing his pre-packing check, he realised the bezel was turning somewhat harder on some halfway point. He quickly told me, offered to even send me videos or do a FaceTime to make sure I still wanted it. Even offered a refund and send the watch to me, for me to decide if it was a bother. So gracious, I told him it was no big deal, I barely use the bezel, and if I had an issue, it's not difficult to pull it about, clean and lubricate.

Some time later, he realized the bracelet clasp was out of sorts. He sent me more than enough pictures to show the condition. At that time, I felt it was probably not meant to be and he graciously offered a refund which I took.

Now, why do I take the time to write this?

Because I wish every seller would go to such extents to ensure the buyer feels comfortable to deal with them. We could all learn from JSL and I certainly cannot wait to deal with him again.

This experience will probably spoil me.
