Hello, i received 3 week a ago an amazing PAM 243. I'm really happy about it.
When i received the PAM i wind it manually for about 30 times and then i wear it every day and It works in a perfect way.
Now i'm at the seaside and so i don't wear it during the day but only in the evening. Yesterday it stopped so i wind it manually but now i'm asking if i did the right thing. If it stops because i don't wear it is it right to wind it manually or is better to wear it and wait that it beghina to work?
If i did not do the right thing there is something that i can do now?
Thanks to all

I prefer to give it a few shakes and put it on the wrist. Rotor on my 243 spins like crazy. :) But if sometimes any of my autos won't collect enough power to work just with wrist movements or if I sit to much and I don't move wrist around, I give it couple of gentle winds just so it don't stop. Always works for me.
Other way is to get a watch winder but I'm not really into them because I have just a few autos.

A couple of tricks I have learned with the 7750....

First, I can attest that you should not manually wind them and if you do, do it gently. I have taken one apart and the gears are very delicate. Far more so than a 6497, that is designed to be manually wound.

I typically will put the watch on when I get dressed in the morning, and then set the watch as I'm walking out the door. It is typically up and running after a few minutes of motion. HOWEVER, a few times I have noticed that it doesn't fire up after a few minutes. When this happens, I pull the stem out and set the time anyway, when I re-engage the stem, the watch will start.
