Placed an order for a piece and quickly received QC photos (1-2 days later). Sent GL message and watch was then shipped. After shipping, I unfortunately noticed an issue on the video that I hadn't seen in the photos and requested support. JTIME was able to totally satisfy my needs when it came to making my order correct. Mad respect to the JTIME team.

Needless to say: this was my second purchase, and will not be my last.

This is going to be a hilarious first comment to my own post. To anyone wondering: the bezel does align with twelve. I'm just a baboon and didn't notice.

Poor endlink fitment. Watch had been shipped, but had not moved on to a un-recallable state. JTIME was able to get the package back from the shipper before it left the country of origin. This ability fast-tracked the process of finding me a piece I felt comfortable giving the GL on.

I might add: this helped avoid me having to pay for return shipping, or shipping for a second watch.
