A relume/matte dial for a fellow member of ours. HUGE difference

Started off as a cheapo beginner 203 from Toro. Extremely cheap looking dial with horrible green glowless lume... transformed into a beautiful matte dial with amazing white-ish lume with a glow you can go blind from.
