A question of whether to Sinn or not

Hi all, hopeful you can offer some input on this: http://www.trustytime.club/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=302&products_id=14766 - this looks like the same watch as on TDs, any reason why you think this specific watch might be different @ Andrew's TT?

Listed $168 @ puretime, but also was posted in 2011.

Sinn aren't super common, so not sure if either of them would have in stock at the moment.

Message the TD and ask before placing an order.

TT is not a TD here on RWI. Take that into consideration.

But puretime no longer have those in stock. TT do. I wonder (in all actuality) whether there would be any specific difference with the watch itself, i.e. truetime vs. trusty time? Any thoughts?

I think they've stopped making this anymore....I was lucky to own Sinn U2 GMT from PT with real ETA movement, it was around 500ish USD IIRC and it's still running strong till now

7750, 28800. Good amplitude, pretty accurate, stable. Only have had it for a couple of months but so far so good. Winds nicely

Many thanks. I once considered one of these as a gen, but was put off by many claiming they were simply too big. Do you have any take on this? Is the watch (from memory) 45x17? What are your impressions?

It’s big and it’s thick but sometimes that’s what I feel like wearing. The pushers on the left hand side seems strange sometimes when I’m putting it on. I’m used to them usually being on the other side

Roughly 19mm thick, plus or minus 1

Pushers don’t dig in at all

I have worn it with a long sleeve shirt. Usually have to pull the sleeve over the watch unless I want to have it readily visible
