My seventh purchase from Ctime was a Rolex Datejust 41mm 1263334 with a blue fluted dial on a Jubilee bracelet, sourced from Clean Factory. As always, the experience was exceptionally positive.
To summarise my recent transaction with Ctime:
On 9th June: I placed my order and completed payment via Wise. The transaction was confirmed instantly.
On 10th June: Ctime contacted me to confirm that quality control checks were underway. I received ten photographs and two videos of the watch, showing it from every angle. At this point, I realised I had mistakenly ordered the watch with an Oyster bracelet instead of the Jubilee bracelet I intended. I immediately corrected this oversight and approved the quality control check, requesting that Ctime proceed with the order using the Jubilee bracelet.
On 11th June: I received notification that the watch had been dispatched, along with a tracking number.
On the 12th June: I tracked the parcel online and confirmed it was in transit. This is when I noticed Ctime had switched to HS Logistics for shipping.
On 16th June: The parcel arrived! Upon opening it, I was delighted to find the watch in perfect condition, precisely as ordered.
