Might anyone know if there's a place I could buy a set of snowflake hands for an nh34 that are rose gold (or just gold) and have an aged/dirty lumeyellowed ? Or is that a custom thing?

It doesn't have the GMT hand but these are pretty close. Both gold and rose gold.

You could ask them if they have the GMT as well, a lot of their stock isn't on the site.
