Ive never been interested in PAMs before I joined this forum a week ago. Ive always loved Tags and Omegas but for some reason I have fell in love with them. My trouble being I have 6.5" wrists which struggle to support a 42" watch never mind a 44" or 45".

I currently wear a Tag Heuer Carrera Automatic 39" and its fits perfectly. I cant however tear my self away from the PAM292 N 1:1 Noob from PureTime. Can any of you experts tell me how it wears? Am I kidding myself in thinking I can pull it off or is there a slightly smaller alternative to it? I love the all black "stealth" look of it.

Any advice would me much appreciated for a total Panerai noob!

42" - 45" are pretty large even by A. Schwarzenegro standards - but heyh; to each his own...;-)

I have a 6" wrist but have a PAM 390 44mm. I think it wears great, I just need to get a strap which makes the watch fit snug. Just get a short strap 110mm 65mm or something along those lines and you'll be ok. :)

6.5" is fine for 44mm Luminors and 45mm Rads, you can probably even get away with 47mm PAMs like the PAM372 and the PAM346. :)

You should be fine. Suprisingly the 292 (and all 45mm radiomirs) feel a bit smaller on the wrist than the technically smaller 44mm luminors due to the lack of a CG. Go for it.....you wont be disappointed. I love my 292

Many people even women with less 6" are wearing 44mm Luminor without problems. Just avoid 47mm cases
Radiomirs 45mm wear less than 44mm due to cushion shape and lack of CG. Black Radiomirs are even better
No worries about that, you will be used is some days
