Have you relumed it? If not, that's the way to go. Nice watch + strap combo... You may try putting exotics strap too (sharkskin maybe).

Really like your 217 Chris. Been asking around about the latest swiss version. One qn I have for you is when you got this baby lumed by the Zig did you get him to use C1 White? Or C3? The gen uses C3, right?

Brad - funny you should ask. I was unsure of which to use. I felt that the white would look better but the gens that I saw used the c3 as best I could tell. I still think that the white might be better. Perhaps I need a 2nd one to do in white.

@CJ: I share the same opinion too. I feel that C1 will give a better effect. C3 is simply too green for me.

Hey Chris, decision time: which would you buy first, a 217 (latest best swiss, sapphire etc) or a 212 w/ the Asian 7750b1? Think I have to pull a trigger this weekend!

If I get either I might get Zig to C1 it!
