anyone who have one already can please share some wrist pic?

and i wonder if i making a good choice on this model as so far i concern the flaw between rep vs gen is not so noticeable
1. case size including crown : gen 40mm x 8mm , rep 44mm x 12mm
2. white gold case, but who d foq care as it looks smiliar with polished steel
3. movement, obviously
4. the best thing: possibility bumping into someone with gen is very low and also this brand not so FAMOUS in rep watch industry.

ALS pros might chime in?

no comparison to be honest.... those who know als would be able to tell immediately its a rep, the dial itself gives it away.
case size is a significant giveaway as well, 44mm is simply too large for an als, hard to find any langes which are at that size range...

contemplated on this as well, but truthfully, lange is one of the only brands which are really worth going gen for, together with FP Journe.
The workmanship of the casebacks on the gen is simply delicious....

I agree. You can't fool people who know Lange and those who don't know Lange well, don't really give a shit about it anyway. 44mm is way too big for a Lange and will stick out like a sore thumb.

not trying to fool anybody, but come on.. i bet we all here can "fool" people with AP diver, Pam111, Rolex Sub, TC Sub etc etc. Mostly everyday when i take bus or train, i can easily spot all those brand but not with ALS thats what make me love certain watches either rep or gen. it just less people know it or even know it exist.

as for the case size, i already make a prototype using paper and the result shows 38.5mm and 42mm doesnt make a significant "called out" giveaway.
anyone mind to post some wrist shot here please :)

Dont get me wrong. I love Lange watches as well but at that size, it's not a Lange anymore, rep or gen. On the other hand, reps with correct size do exist. Like this one.

Interesting, i hv chit chat with gen owner who own 40mm 1815 said this model available in 3 size which the 1st one is 36mm , 2nd is 40mm and on 2014 they change it to 38.5mm. I guess 38.5mm will look like a chicken nugget on my wrist :D way too small.

Funny I bought this watch from silverclaw. Let me know if you want any wrist shots.

Even at 38mm, it feels big because of the thin bezel and large dial. Although I measured the case size, and it seems closer to 39mm, but the dial size feels bigger than my 41mm Omega AT. 44mm would seem way too big, but the one I have is plenty big, even slightly too big for a dress watch. I put mine on a perlon strap because the backside wasn't all that pretty.

here are some quick pictures of the 38mm one I purchased from silverclaw. I have no idea the origin of this watch, but it has been a great watch in the limited time I have owned it. My wrist is only 6.5 inches, so already pretty thinned wristed, but I took some comparison shots with the AP Diver, Omega AT, 44mm PAM, and PP Aquanaut.

Here are the pics! I just got the watch this morning. The pictures don't do it justice for how great the finishing is on this rep. The weight is also decent, the crown winding is also pretty decent compared to other reps and the movement is almost silent, which i think is a big plus! The finish on the back is very well done and i really got my moneys' worth. Can highly recommened InTime, flawless communication and fast shipping once the QC was made. Anyway, on to the pics:
