Since then, I've worn it 3-4 times each year, each time a couple of days. In between the watch was wound once every 3-4 weeks so as not to keep it inactive too long.
I'm selling it now because I want to create some space in my watch box and my head for new acquisitions.
I think the watch itself hardly needs any introduction here. It is still in very good condition, with all complications in good working order including the chronograph function (this was hardly used anyway) and big date. In some pics the small hand in the minutes subdial points to the 1 minute mark. This was done deliberately, the chronograph resets to zero OK!
The only thing that needs mentioning is that there are 2 somewhat larger scuff marks on the bezel, around 6 o'clock and 4 o'clock. I tried to photograph them (see pics with the red circle) but this was not easy to do because they are hardly noticeable IRL, especially when worn (which is a good thing I would say).
The rep strap got replaced by a nice padded real alligator Hirsch strap which goes great together with the RG case (I think). A few older pics still have the black rep strap.
