He happened to have a Calibre de Cartier model that I found pretty accurate. Updated dial, silver seconds ring. The price was also good, usd129 and he even gave me a little discount. Paid through WU. It took around 7 days to arrive from China to EU. No problems with the customs, luckily.
Good QC pics, less than 24 hours after QC approval the watch was shipped and I had a pic of the shipping documents and package. Very well packed!

The strap was a pity to resize but other than that, it exceeds all my expectations (for this price range watches).
