maybe... i thought about it.... my 063 is with ziggy right now.... and i have like 4 other projects going at the moment...

in the end, the non-recessed power reserve may not justify the final price in my mind.... or that's what i keep telling myself... plus, the pvd would have to be redone IMO... you're talking $800 to start... almost $200 in parts... $200-400 in PVD service.. $200 in mod service... so, $1400-1600...

It's a 2892 w/ the SOPROD module for the power reserve and yeah it's very hard to find. It looks like the seller is out of them now but may get more but they may be more expensive.

Taka, River had ONE of these late last year, and claimed it was the last one available. I believe he was selling for ~$700. I agree it's too much to spend on a rep, but if this is the one that "sings" to you, people will pay some funny prices...

i almost found it too irresistible to pass up... but in the end i did...

after a phone discussion with joe, i'm going to try out his pvd service on a case i have.... i'm excited as he has indicated that he can match look of the gen pvd...

Based on the pics posted here, I would agree with Joe's statement 100%. His stuff looks really good and the price absolutely CAN NOT be beat.
