a faulty new watch!

Hello guys,
I hope everyone is safe.
I purchased a GF Breitling Avenger Bandit from Tony (Asian7750) 3 weeks ago and I received the watch on Thursday. The watch worked really fine on Friday but today it stopped working completely.
What should I do? Should I contact him and try sending it back or try to service it?
The shipping to China nowadays is really awful. I didn't contact him yet, I thought of sharing thoughts with you first.

That sucks man. Awesome watch.
First thing is to try and find out what's wrong. Doesn't it still wind? Can you set the time? Maybe something blocked the movement.

Definitely should contact Tony and tell him what's going on and what he advices. He will probably ask you to determine what the issue is.

I don't recommend sending it back to China. Risk of loosing it is to high. Especially now.

I can set the time and I can hear the rotor working but it doesn't move at all. The seconds hand which is supposed to be only working with the Chrono is a bit loose as well.
I will try to contact him and I know that sending it back is a lot of hassle.
