Your subject line would suggest that after Trusty showed you the QC of a working watch, he said to him\herself, ”Self, this Todai fellow doesn’t deserve this watch, rather I shall now mess with it so it isn’t functional and then I will package it up for sending. Won’t that be a treat?”

Is that what you believe happened? How about the first thing you do is contact them privately.

edited to be a touch more polite.

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re dealing with this frustrating situation, especially after multiple attempts... I hope you can get a resolution soon and that your next experience is much smoother. <3

Yes so Trusty sent you 3 watches perfectly fine, but you know they decided on the 4th watch you had too much fun and decided to rip you off right?

Use your brain please. Your watch traveled thousands of miles through many hands. All it takes is a few postal workers kicking your package around and your watch is toast.

The dealer ensures that the watch is functioning before it leaves their hands but do you think they can control every single person that touches the package? Maybe you should call your post office and tell them to stop throwing the packages around.

Anyways, instead of complaining, why don't you talk to Trusty to see if you can have it returned and replaced? I hope you didn't take off the stickers.

On a side note, another 10 post andy just coming to complain instead of actually seeking solutions to his problem.

@Todai how about a little more detail. First of all what watch did you order? All we know at the moment is that it is from Clean Factory.

Second what is "broken" with it, broken is a vague term. It may be that it can be easily repaired by a local watch smith and you can work out an agreement with Andrew.

Fix it and save yourself and Andrew some hassle. It will cost you more, including your reputation, if you continue down this path. Nothing else to say that hasn't already been said.
