A bit fishy?

Was having a gander at some 1680s on ebay, this seemed to be the most expensive,
The engraving between the lugs has got lost? LOL wut...?
Terrible quality images for the price tag,
Description seemed hard to believe,
All in all seemed a little off to say the least!

Not sure if im posting in the right section or whether this is relevant but wouldn't mind hearing some opinions!
Not that im considering buying!!

Mmmmm……how does an engraving completely disappear, even if it is a vintage? Also, you'd think that anyone selling something for this amount of money would do more than just present three shit photos? The description has the air of sounding desperate too. A "letter" from Rolex? May be an appraisal from from an AD but why not post a picture of that too to build some confidence in the sale? Too many questions for this sale so I wouldn't go near it.

Sale does look fishy! Don't know enough about the watch to tell but I would never buy based on that sale ad!!!
