a 40mm or 42mm

Is there a panerai that comes in a 40mm or 42mm size?
I love the watches and i know that the design is intended to be as is, however one of those would look silly on my wrist.

I wonder if they do a smaller size model for the watches, or even if a rep is made in a smaller size to the gen

I got a pam 90 from narikaa, its sweet... check it out... and 40mm! but the band that comes with is super short : (
