I have a ZF Blackbay that I've already done some light modding work to.
Removed the ghost date position so it's now only a 2 position crown along with some rebrushing.
The one glaring tell on the ZF for me (apart from the crown tube issue) is the dial.
Both it's lack of texture and the lume plot at 3/6/9/12 being off versus the rest of the lume plots and hands.

Has anyone any experience of this?
Or leads on a gen dial and handset? There were 2 sets on sale from Australia a while back and I am kicking myself I didn't buy then.
