From last year to early this year I’ve completed a total of 7 watches orders from chasingtime.
The sales department is most of the time responsive and helpful.
I really appreciate the sales department professionalism at times
However, the qc department really needs to improve , I had to reject some watches with glaring flaws , which I would assume as middle persons they should be able to reject from the factories rather then offering to the customers.
And I don’t really appreciate when they say “ it’s the best a rep can be, or it’s not visible when it’s on the wrist “ kind of comments when I reject the qc due to wonky markers or hilarious printings , glaring flaws that can be seen from a meter away.
Qc dept should have some sort of basic QC with the factories before passing the first qc to the customers.
