6538 Explorer dial

I had Marvellous Replica add one of these to my last order. They are pretty cheap and fun to work on. Been trying to do one of all they offer. This was the explorer dial. Similar to the other ones, replacing the plexi with a T-21, drilling the lugs, brass bezel, and add chamfers. This is a pretty cool big crown.

You use a torch to heat up the bezel. It will change color. You have to be careful because if you heat it too long it will turn blueish black instead of brass.
