It's my 1st time getting a rep watch.
Do youus tthink that the pearl is very much off the centre?

Ask for a pic just in front of the watch face, a pic taked at slightest angle will make the pearl look of center...

It looks off. I say this because the angle the pic was taken from should make it off center the other way.

I changed your title. The UPO is the 45.5mm version. This is the 42mm.
