Reposted as requested - don't worry Enzo these things happen LOL

Had two variations of the 5201A dial so decided to maks a matching and non-matching with large brushed crown as per the originals

To fit my cases I had to trim the dials from 35.5mm to 34.5mm - not difficult if you have suitable tools

The watches look completely different in the flesh - the pics do not really show the variation in the colour of the numbers - the lume is not too bright as it would be on an aged tririum dial

The matching is on a XaMas and the non-matching is on a Dirk NOS OP Logo

I have made a small device to allow me to spin the dial in my mini drill so i can sand down the edge to the correct size - would horrify a proffesional watchmaker but on a "disposable dial" it works fine

both are very nice, did u made the color of the matching hands yourself? and if so, how did u do it?

There was a manufacturing defect in the varnish on the original dials which caused the numbers to go the orange colour and the hands to stay white. These gens are called non-matching and are prized by collectors. Some of these dials were changed by Panerai years ago and are now known as matching
